Creative Commitment #49

Man, three left. Crazy. I can't believe I've almost accomplished this. Hahaha!! I totally believe it, but I guess I can't believe I'm almost done.

Plus, I just accepted into the 10th Rogue Festival in Fresno in March to show off my work and (hopefully) sell some stuff. Hooray!!

This week's piece, honestly, is pretty simple. This week is a bit of a bear between tech week for Astroglyde (opening Friday! Check Zombie Joe's for info!), finishing up classes (8th graders begin their presentations on Thursday!), wrapping up a thousand loose ends before winter break, getting ready for Christmas, and preparing for Kenya in January... it's a rough week. SO, I decided I wanted to do something that was simple and that felt good.

I sat down with my watercolors, put on some chill music, sat with it for a while, and felt this out... I thought about doing more, but the more I looked at it, the more compelling I found it. It's good stuff and just what I need. Something grounded and relaxing. Ah.
